You will need:
1 lb of chicken tenderloins
2 boxes of stovetop stuffing (chicken flavor)
1 bag of frozen broccoli
1 can of cream of broccoli or mushroom soup
1 cup of mayo
1 bag of shredded chedder cheese
Cut up the chicken and brown in pan, once the outside is white, spread across bottom of caserole dish. Add 3/4 of the bag of frozen brocolli. Mix the can of soup and cup of mayo together and pour over the chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle 1/2 the bag of shredded cheese over all. Make both boxes of stuffing and cover the top completely - sprinkle more cheese as desired and bake on 350 for about 1/2 hr. Serve and enjoy.
Variation~ I like to add corn to the the chicken and broccoli and soup layer...and also chopped broccoli is not as easy for the kids to pick out so they end up eating it... ~X;o)
