Teriyaki Pasta and Veggies w/ Ground Turkey

This is another recipe I came up with when I had the Ron Popeil Pasta Machine. I lived in Westchester and we had the biggest veggie store near us so vegetables were abundant in my house. It is one of my favorites and I just realized that I don't make it nearly often enough!

1 lb spaghetti
1 lb ground turkey
1 large zucchini quartered and sliced
1 yellow squash quartered and sliced
1 large red pepper cut into 1 inch dice
2 red onions sliced
1 package mushrooms sliced
teriyaki sauce
soy sauce
olive oil about 1/4 to 1/3 of a cup
*** these are the veggies I used but you can use whatever you like
Cook spaghetti according to directions
Saute the veggies in olive oil until almost cooked through-set aside
brown ground turkey in large pan big enought to add veggies to
Once turkey is cooked add veggies and olive oil and toss.
Slowly add teriyaki and soy sauce and keep tossing. Adjust it to your taste. It should not taste very sweet or very salty. The two sauces should balance out each other. Pour mixture over cooked spaghetti and toss. Enjoy!!
