Cookie Cake

1 cup of unsalted butter (2 sticks), softened

1/2 cup of sugar

2/3 cup of brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp of vanilla

2 cups + 4 Tbsp of flour

1 tsp of salt

1 tsp of cream of tartar

1 tsp of baking soda

2 cups of semi-sweet choc. chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees

Beat butter & sugars together

Add eggs & vanilla

In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda & cream of tartar

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix everything until well blended.

Stir in the choc. chips

Spray the 15 1/2" round (pizza) pan & spread the cookie dough in it.

Bake for 20 minutes.
