Ingredients:
1 pound of chicken cutlets
1 can of chicken broth
1/3 - 1/2 bottle of a 750ml bottle of Marsala Wine
1 onion chopped finely
1 garlic clove chopped
1 container of mushrooms sliced
Olive Oil
Flour Mix with garlic powder, salt & pepper (for breading)
Directions:
Dip cutlets in flour mix then fry in olive oil, don't over due it with to much olive oil. Once cutlets are fried place them in a casserole pan. Then place in the pan with the olive oil the onion, garlic & mushrooms. Make sure there isn't to much oil only enough to coat. Saute them up for a few minutes then add the Marsala wine till it boils. Then add the chicken broth and as much flour needed to thicken up the sauce. I usually add little by little. Then pour the sauce on top of the cutlets. Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Once done let cool off for about 5 minutes then serve so its not to hot.
If more sauce is desired add more wine and more chicken broth.
THANK YOU!!!! Youve just mad john's stomach very happy!!!
